DELIVERY
The total value of the purchase will be deducted from the credit card or debit card or other means of payment, at the time the consumer places the order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, FGX Europe Ltd will offer the consumer a choice of either an alternative item of the same total value or a full refund.
If FGX Europe Ltd fails to make delivery of the consumer's order within 30 days, the consumer will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
It is the consumer's responsibility to supply the correct address details with the order. FGX Europe Ltd reserves the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred if the details supplied are incorrect.
FGX Europe Ltd quoted delivery days refers to working days and does NOT include UK national holidays and weekends.
Standard UK delivery charge is £3.00 inclusive of VAT on all orders. Free delivery on all UK orders over £25.
RETURNS
FGX Europe Ltd requires written notification of a return and reason for return, via email or mail, which can both be found on the "Contact" section of the FGX Europe Ltd website, within 10 working days of receipt of order by the consumer. After FGX Europe Ltd has received the notification and is satisfied that the return is valid and after the original order has been returned, either a full refund or replacement goods will be provided to the consumer.
If the goods are not faulty, the consumer has 10 days from receipt of goods to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund. The goods should be returned to FGX Europe Ltd undamaged, unmarked and in their original packaging. Contacting FGX Europe Ltd via email or mail as above for a returns number will accelerate the returns process. A refund will be provided upon successful receipt of return and if in compliance with the above, will be processed in accordance with the original method of payment.
If any goods are returned due to reason apart from fault and are returned to FGX Europe Ltd in the condition detailed above, a minimum restocking fee of £1.50 will apply.
VAT, IMPORT DUTY AND OTHER SALES TAXES
