1.0 FGX Europe Ltd's Returns Procedure
1.1 Returns Authorisation
If the consumer has a faulty or unsatisfactory product and would like to return it to FGX Europe Ltd, send an email to returns@fgxe.co.uk or a letter quoting the consumer order number, the item(s) the consumer would like to return, the reason for requesting the return and whether the consumer requires a replacement item(s) or a refund is required. FGX Europe Ltd will contact the consumer with a returns number and further instructions on how to return the item to FGX Europe Ltd.
1.2 Packing the Items
All items must be returned inclusive of all accessories and in the original packaging. The item must be securely packaged and must include a copy of the invoice number and a short note explaining the reason for return, along with the returns number the consumer has been issued with. If possible, the packaging in which the item was sent out should be used for its return. Courier collected items require tracking labels to be attached to boxes. Please make sure that if the manufacturer's packaging is used that it is packaged securely or inserted in a separate cardboard box so the labels do not deface the product box. Ensure that the consumer's Return Number is also written on the outside of the box above to the address.
1.3 Mailing Items Back to FGX Europe Ltd
If the consumer wishes to return an item(s) to FGX Europe Ltd that has a fault or where FGX Europe Ltd have delivered the item(s) in error, FGX Europe Ltd will refund the postage of any delivered item(s) up to a maximum of £6.00
If the consumer wishes to return any item to FGX Europe Ltd because it is unwanted, the consumer must return the item to FGX Europe Ltd at the consumer's own expense. All goods returned due to fault will be investigated, if any returned faulty goods are found not to be faulty and are returned in the condition outlined in 2.2, a restocking fee will apply as outlined in 2.3.

1.5 Replacements or Refund
Returned item(s) can be replaced (provided they are still available), changed to another product (cost differences adjusted accordingly) or refunded to the consumer's card (adjusted for postage charges where applicable).
1.6 Returning an Unwanted Item
If the consumer decides they no longer require the item(s) purchased from FGX Europe Ltd then the consumer has 10 days in which to cancel the order. Items should be returned to FGX Europe Ltd in the exact condition they were sold to the consumer, packaged as outlined in 9.2 with all accessories. FGX Europe Ltd will refund the consumer payment via the card or other payment method, used for the initial payment within 30 days of cancellation of order, providing proof of posting is in evidence.
2.0 Privacy Policy
2.1 Fostergrant.co.uk is an e-commerce website and FGX Europe Ltd is committed to high quality customer service. This includes safeguarding the consumer's data from order transactions. FGX Europe Ltd respect the consumer's right to privacy and any information that the consumer provides will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This policy outlines how FGX Europe Ltd use and store consumer information.
2.2 FGX Europe Ltd collects information supplied by consumers through enquiry and order forms, and every time the consumer corresponds via e-mail. This information is used only for the purposes for which it was provided.
2.3 Only consumer's who have specifically chosen to receive marketing information from FGX Europe Ltd will be sent e-mail newsletters and marketing communications. Consumer's can unsubscribe at any time.
2.4 If a consumer has chosen to enter a competition on the site, contact information will be used only to register participants, notify winners, award prizes and for correspondence required relating to the competition.
2.5 In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, information collected via FGX Europe Ltd will be processed and stored using a secure server, with a minimum of SSL/128-bit encryption (FGX Europe Ltd use a 128 SSL) to ensure the information is secure.
2.6 All information supplied by the consumer is solely for FGX Europe Ltd, and will not be sold or divulged to a third party
3.0 Cookies
3.1 A cookie is a small file stored on the consumer's computer by a website that the consumer visits. FGX Europe Ltd does not use cookies to collect information about the consumer or to identify the consumer individually, nor to track.
3.2 The cookies FGX Europe use are temporary 'session cookies' that ensure that the consumer can effectively use the site. They are only used while the consumer is on the site and are removed when the consumer closes the browser. If the consumer has set browser security to reject all cookies the consumer will not be able to purchase items online, although consumer's may still be able to browse the site.
